Return and shipping
If there is an error in the construction or customization of your order, I will be happy to remake the item free of charge within 7 days. This is subjected to availability of materials/products used for the item. Please convo me immediately so we can make arrangements for the remake.
• Photo proofs of defective item must be produced within 7 days. We will also like to request for the item to be returned to us.
• We make an effort to mail our packages via registered mail with a tracking number hence, please understand that we do not offer refunds for lost parcels.

Do you offer any faster shipping alternatives?
Yes we do! You may choose to upgrade the shipping option to UPS. Generally, UPS will deliver to US and most countries within 2-8 working days. We recommend this upgrade actually. It offers better tracking information as well.
